Pete DoCouto wasn't pushy, but he sold himself. He was genuine and friendly. He wasn't pushy about houses either, and seemed willing to look at as many houses as we wanted. But the third house he showed us was the one for us! Pete was friendly and good at his job. He knows what he's doing, and he does it well. He kept us updated, was willing to answer our phone calls and texts, and he has a great network of people to help with anything. Plumbers, insurance salesmen, lenders, handymen, roofers - you name it, Pete knows somebody who does quality work. Buying a house is a difficult and scary thing. Pete made it easy and a whole lot less scary. Pete didn't just care about selling us a house. He cared about us as well. We hope to be in this home for a long time, but when we do want to sell and buy a new house, we'll be calling Pete. I went into this home buying experience hopeful, but very apprehensive. The first time Pete (Peter M DoCouto) called me to introduce himself I began to feel more at ease. We talked a few minutes and made an appointment to meet and really discuss what I was looking for in a home. During the process of looking at homes trying to find just the right one, I felt like Pete was more like a friend than just my agent. He is genuine, caring, very knowledgeable and funny. Once my offer was accepted he was there to help walk me through that next process towards closing.
